The sting operation was called “Operation Crystal Web” and involved many county sheriffs, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Marshalls Service, FBI, and the DEA. Over 90 people were arrested and are facing drug trafficking charges, distribution, firearm charges, among others.
